PLESK 12 - Clef & Google Authenticator Issues

Gentle support;

I have 2 issues when using Clef and Google Extensions.

For Clef, after enabled, don't let me login on Plesk..it just refresh the page and there's nothing inside logs for understand what's going on...

For Google Authenticator, i got "access denied" error.

Can you help me to investigate such trouble?
