Issue plesk 12. php version 5.6 no openssl

PaulZ

New Pleskian
After an update of my plesk (installed php 5.6) i have no openssl

I am trying to install composer and i am getting the following:

Some settings on your machine make Composer unable to work properly.
Make sure that you fix the issues listed below and run this script again:

The openssl extension is missing, which means that secure HTTPS transfers are impossible.
If possible you should enable it or recompile php with --with-openssl

I enabled
extension=php_openssl.dll
in the php.ini but doesnot seem to make any different, any idea how to resolve this?

Can't reproduce it on my Plesk 12 server:

# /opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php -m | grep openssl
openssl

Do you have the same output?
