Hi,
I'm struggling with the Dovecot and Postfix configuration in a default Plesk 12 installation. If you switch from Courier IMAP to Dovecot, you can't send mail with some mailclients because there is no STARTTLS option which is very frustrating. MS Live Mail for instance can't connect to the outgoing mailserver.
I've found this guide which does explain how to set things up, but it's written for Debian:
https://workaround.org/ispmail/jessie/postfix-dovecot
How can I make things work for Centos 7 and Plesk 12.0.18? There is no such thing als dovecot-lmtp on Centos 7. If I test it without it, I get all kind of weird errors when I try to send mail:
warning: TLS library problem: 9103:error:140760FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:unknown protocol:s23_srvr.c:647:
Server info:
Centos 7.1.1503
Plesk 12.0.18
Dovecot 2.2.12-cos7.build1200140807.16
Postfix 2:2.10.1-6.el7
Regards,
Maarten
