Plesk 6.5.2 Slowing Down

Hello,
We have Plesk 6.5.2 patched from 6.5.1 on windows 2003 web edition..
I have read something about dll patches for slowing server...
Where can I find them?
I have also mailed to support to send all patches that I should apply for having plesk working fast and without any problems...
