Plesk 7.0.2 and ms sql problems

I've an issue with plesk.
The ms sql database is installed correctly using mixed authentication (windows and sql mode). The login and password are right.If i work directly on the server ms sql works properly,but when i log into plesk and choose the db option in the server section i get this error:
the database is not started or incorrect login and password supplied.
If i go under service management Microsoft sql server is running,and i'm also sure that the login details are correct.
What can i do?

I have a similar problem, I choose mssql database for creation, but get error message, unable to connect to database object. I can see that the database file is created, however if I restart the sqlserver, I also see that, it starts only databases, master, model and tempdb, the database I created with plesk is not started.
