Plesk 7.5 for Windows - Problems Starting

Evening folks

Ive got Plesk 7.5 running on a Win2003 server & its not starting up for some reason.

I was logged into the control panel remotely about 10 mins before there was this problem. I then tried to login to the control panel again and kept getting a 404.

I used RDC to login to the server and the control panel was stopped. I tried restarting it but nothing happened. I rebooted the server and the control panel still wouldnt start.

Has this happened to anyone else before?
Has anyone got any suggestions?

Is there any messages in Event viewer regard Plesk CP ?
It's not easy to say something without complete info.
