Plesk 7.5 Install Error

Hey guys,

I could really use some help here. I'm trying to install Plesk 7.5 on Windows Server 2003 Web Edition. I have logged in as the main system admin and tried to install it. When I do this is the error I get.

I really need some help with this asap as after cancelling the install, non of my sites that rely on mySQL work anymore.
