• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk 8.01 FBSD Server - Firewall Module Error

Hello Everyone =D

I am trying to adjust the default Firewall Module configuration so whenever I add a rule it does NOT reset all my connections.

When i was using IPF I didn't have to do this. The reason why it's a nuisance is I have users on my box that are shell users and they have bots on various irc networks. Once I apply the new rule and it gets to the 'validating' process, all the bots are reset from the networks they were connected to and I get a bunch of e-mail messages from our customers.

I did notice the rules in the PSA Database under Firewall Module, but how would I go about adjusting the rules? I did check with phpMyAdmin butI did not know where to begin.

Please, if you have any idea on how to do this, please post a reply. Thanks.
