plesk 8.6 netstat can't find port 80

After I installed plesk 8.6. I can't see port 80 when I use netstat to see connection. Why?

Seems you haven't started Apache
What about

lsof -i tcp:80

But I use ps command can see the httpd process, and I can see the web page.

Because I use rkhunter to check server. And the result show netstat has been changed. I am afriad my server has been hacked.

I posted all the problem's detail with a new thread. Please help me to find out what happend.
