Plesk 8.6 over OpenVZ with 256 RAM. Full resource usage and unstable system

Hi,
I have OpenVZ VE with 256 MB ram and CenOS 5 as virtual OS.
The installation is good, but server memory (and resources) gets fully loaded when Plesk is running. I receive errors in Plesk interface (i can´t use it) and via ssh i receive error in all commands i execute ( a simple "ls" or "reboot" command is denied). Plesk fully resources the VPS.
Anybody have a VE with OpenVZ or Virtuozzo and 256 RAM working fully with Plesk 8 (8.6)?

If I upgrade, for example to 512 of ram works perfectly.
Any way to solve this?
