• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk 9.0.0.2 + Plesk Billing 6.0 + PSiGate = *barf*

Running on CentOS5.2, and all transactions fail to go through. They all come back with:

ERROR MESSAGE: PSI-0112:TRANSACTION NOT AUTHORIZED. Check StoreID and Passphrase.

I've contacted PSiGate, and they tell me that the connection to their servers is made, but no StoreID or Passphrase is ever transmitted. I've contacted Parallels, who acknowledged that this was an issue with Plesk Billing 5.6, and their solution was to downgrade the psigate.php file back down to the 5.3 version. I did that, and all was well. But once I upgraded to 6.0, the problem came back.

Is anyone else using PSiGate? Successfully? If so....help?
