Plesk 9.0 Reinstallation SQL error

"Unbale to create Plesk administrator user 'admin' and the external MSSQL server localhost.

Plesk 9.0 was installed on a virgin server and then removed and resintalled due to initial misconfiguration on the install. Reinstallation generates the above error.

Any Ideas?
