Hi Today when I am trying to access my plesk admin login page, it is not working and gave this error:

This page isn’t working​

admin.estarta.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500


I am unable to access or login to my plesk admin panel!! please I ned urgent help...all my websites are hosted there!!

Noting new happened there, and I did not perform any updates on it

Looks like I'm able to reach the address. Are you still having issues? Also sometimes if you get error 500 it's possible your IP got added to failtoban so you might want to whitelist your IP so you don't get blocked out like that.

Yes I am still facing the isse, I did not post my actual URL for security resons.

I am still not able to login and have 500 server error, I think it is related to full desk maybe!
But how can I check the issue if the admin login page is not working and I am not able to login to the plesk dashboare!!

For what is worth I can also load the Plesk login page on the subdomain posted in the initial message. If that subdomain is hosted on the server you are experiencing issues with, it is very likely a block as suggested by @scsa20 . If not, it will be best to connect to the server via SSH and check if your guess about the disk space is correct. You may also check for possible blocks and whitelist your local IP:

plesk bin ip_ban --add-trusted 10.0.0.1
