Plesk Admin Panel messed up

I'm not sure what happened. I restarted apache through the admin panel and suddenly the plesk admin panel is all messed up. The images do not display and the links do not work. Now when I try to log in, the style is off and the form displays but with \"\" in the fields. It appears that in the decoding process, the files are coming through with the \" instead of parsing out " as they should. I'm not sure what to do. I've restarted apache a number of times before and this has never happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
