Resolved Plesk admin things takes long

Oliver Marugg

Basic Pleskian
Hi
Running plesk 17 U11 with Ubuntu 16.04LTS. I use Virtual server with 8c, 12 gig Ram and enough HDD space for around 10 domains currently (some Wp, a handful DBs). I am really happy with Onyx.

If I activate or disable a domain in Plesk it tooks up to more than a minute (Brwoser working, working, working...). Some functions in Plesk took really long. And I experiencing the same behaviour with some of my few hosted domains. Network is running and is reachable, cpu load is normal and no process is running in the wrong direction. No swap etc.

Stupid question: Do you know the same behaviour (or is that normal and the way Plesk works)? Or do you have any ideas what I could/should check?

Many thanks -oliver

/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log, /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log and /var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log should be checked at least.

Thanks @IgorG , I have checked those logs, no anomalies found. I have the idea it is not Plesk, but the vServer running Plesk. Will investigate further.
