Hi, today I activated a new VPS on the IONOS hosting.
Usually on IONOS the port 25 is closed.
Usually when in the past I logged in into Plesk I saw a yellow banner message that alert me the port 25 was closed, today I never see this anymore but, if I request the reset password from the Plesk login page, no email is sent.
1. The port 25 closed yellow banner message showed in Plesk, has been removed in the latest Plesk versions?
Now I asked to IONOS to open the port 25 and will check if the issue with reset password will be resolved.
2. Where I can see the cause of the reset password mail not sent from Plesk?
In the logs, with logs? How, where to find?
3. Where I can test if Plesk are able to send email and diagnose why Plesk cannot send email?
