Issue Plesk and websites are very slow; what can I tweak?

Hi there

My question is about the " right" configuration for a VPS used for WP hosting

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, Plesk Obsidian, Version 18.0.55. 8 core CPU /32 GB RAM/400 GB Disk.

Problem: Plesk and the related websites are very slow. Every 2-3 hours, Apache stops and manual reboot is needed :(
Webistes are set to run Apache with Nginix (FPM serbed by Nginix) - and the setting below
