Plesk Antivirus without function

Hallo,

ich nutze Plesk 11.5.29 in Kombination mit Debian 6. Im Panel habe ich serverweit Plesk Antivirus für eingehende Mails aktiviert. Sende ich per heise-Check aber einen Testvirus im Anhang, so wird dieser Anhang weder entfernt, noch wird die E-Mail als infiziert markiert. Wo liegt das Problem?

(I use Plesk 11.5.29 in combination with Debian 6. In the panel I have Plesk server-wide antivirus activated for incoming mail. I've send me a testvirus by heise in the attachment but this appendix is not removed, nor is the e-mail marked as infected. Where is the problem?)

Have you tried troubleshoot it with help of investigation /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog ?
Do you have any related error record there? What sort of antivirus you have installed?

Log has no error. I'm using standard Plesk DrWeb antivirus. Service is running. I have a catchall popbox. Is this a problem?
