Hi Guys,

I need help in resolving an issue with my Plesk server. This Plesk server is hosted as a VPS in a Node, the OS installed in Node is CentOS 6.2 with latest Virtuozzo 4.6.

The Plesk server is CentOS 6.2 x64bit with Plesk 11 installed which acts as a shared server. This server is registered in PBA under Top > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Nodes.

Now the issue is that the registration status for the server is as "registered" but the availability is "Not available". When I enter the Plesk admin login credentials to connect to node via its general settings tab,it connects but the availability status is still "Not available".

In the HSPC error log in our master management node, the following error is logged:

Tried to find out a solution for this but no success. According to the log, I believe "PleskAPIInvalidSecretKeyException" is the cause.

Any ideas how this can be solved.

Most probably that it is problem on HSPc side. It can be incorrect API request or something else. I suggest you ask HSPc community. Do you have latest version of PBAS (former HSPc) which is correctly support Plesk 11?
