Plesk application pool is having issue

Configure PHP website with default plesk PHP

Hi All,
Now I'm having new issue. can anyone assist me in configuring php on IIS. Unable to run php websites. It is prompt with user name and password.

I'm new to Plesk so please help. I'm getting these following issues:
Running on Windows 2003 and having Plesk 8.2
