Let me explain my setup. for the domain therescuemission.org the plesk machine is NOT the primary mail server. The plesk machine is not currently a secondary mail server for the domain either. The webmaster wants to use a contact form for a contact us page. However the form's mail never goes out..the plesk machine does not send the mail to the other mail server. How do i setup the plesk machine to forward the mail the contact generates locally to the actual mail server?

Disable mail for that domain in the Plesk web interface or Plesk will try to deliver the mail locally.
