• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk asking 4 Network login 2 view site

Ok,
I've setup the hosting account on the internal IP of the server and have set the dns records( mx, a.ns....) to the external address.

All seems to be fine except for a small problem.

When i call up the site.Pharaoh Interactive it now asks for the network logon. strange?

Anyone know why this would be happening?

It only happens for the main site, webmail, and subdomains seem fine.

Any Ideas

I had the same problem with one of my sites it started asking for password to view it. I renamed the "FTP/Microsoft FrontPage Login" in the setup of the domain and typed another password and it work.

Ok,
Had to reinstall plesk...only option that worked. :(
Seems a bit excesive though.

Login seems to be gone for now. However i now have another problem with subdomains. (seperate post sent)

Thanks all for your sugestions
Chris.
