• The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

If you run Plesk and a server dies, your customers are offline until you restore. We built DRSite to fix that for our own hosting: each site has a tested standby copy on a second server, and DNS switches over automatically when the main server is down. It also keeps backups in a vault that can't be deleted, in case of ransomware.

It's been running on our own servers for internal use. Now we want two hosts outside our company to run it in production and tell us what breaks.

What you get: free for 3 months, setup help from me directly.
What we ask: run it on at least one production server, and give honest feedback.

It's a Plesk extension that installs from a signed package we send you.

DM me or reply.

That sounds like an interesting concept.

Can you share some additional details on this works exactly? For example what are the requirements for the second server? Is it real time replication or is data synced periodically? What are the DNS requirements for this setup?
