Issue plesk autodiscover srv record domain not found

Hello,
I am using plesk obsidian and when we enter the srv autodiscover record on the exchange server that works outside the domain, when we check it via mxtoolbox, domain not found information is returned.

I am sure that we have opened the srv record correctly because when we direct the domain dns records to cloudflare and create the srv record here, we see that it works correctly.

I wonder what is causing this problem in plesk?
