plesk backup cant read statistics files ?

The plesk backup program cant read static files (access and error logs) of each site has web statistics service.
What can I do ( I most click on abort no and it is so time consuming ) ? What is web statistics process that I’ll delete it in task manager?

For solve this problem. I stop Plesk Management Service when backup process want to copy file ( this service most run for beginning of backup process )
