Plesk backup hangs I don't know why.

Hi. My Plesk Backup hangs and I don't know why. My users website is locked since days and I can't stop the backup as clicking on (no prefix) in the running tasks table only says invalid object type.

ok update to this! i re-enabled the domain, updated plesk and started a manual backup with content etc.. now only one domain stays suspended. every time the backup process is finished this one domain stays suspended i wonder why?

but in the log it says:

running /usr/local/psa/bin/domain -u stilllockeddomain.tld -status enabled
helps but every time the backup runs, its locked again after!

Just kill the procces and update to #MU53 that will fix your problem.

Have you enabled option "Suspend domains until backup task is completed" in Backup settings?

Hi Igor,

I had the same issue. I didn't realize because my script is made to send me a mail once the backup is finished, but I didn't make it to monitor the pleskbackup script status.

Since 25th of May on one Plesk 11 server, 28th of May on the other one, the backup was frozen. My guess is that it is related to the latest plesk update.

Tell me the scripts you need, and I will provide you the scripts for both servers, in order for you and your team to troubleshoot. This might be a one time bug during update deployement, or a bug in the deployement tool...
