Plesk backups

Hi Guys,

I have found that the scheduled backups are not running on a plesk 8.2 windows server. When I attempt to run it manually it gives the following error:

"An unhandled error occured. The process has been stopped"

When I click the link to show details I get:
"Parent domain not found"

Any ideas?
