Issue plesk cant integrate with rails

hi guys i have some problem on plesk
i deployed rails project on plesk but plesk server return me "
Server Error
403
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
"
( you can see on pinsood.com)
i changed all permission to 777 but not working !

i deployed project and installed all dependencies like bundler passengers ,.... but plesk return 403
i see loged pannel and show this message '
