Plesk control panel doesnt work after upgrade

When I goto my control panel page

https://mydomain.com:8443/login.php3?previous_page=index

ALl I get is a blank page.

Also I've noticed mail isnt working, at least I cant download anything from the mail boxes.

Can anyone help? I see a lot of people have been having a lot of various problems...

Same problem with me. I upgraded from 8.1 to 8.1.1 and got a blank page for my admin site (on port 8443)
