Plesk Control Panel will not start

I recently upgraded to sp1.

I recently installed and then uninstalled active directory.

I found plesk control panel would not start so I uninstalled and reinstalled plesk 7.5.3

The control panel still will not start and there are no error messages in the event viewer.

Does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be and how to fix it?
