Plesk CP 7.5.6 , DNS template BUG !!!

Hello to all members in this forum.

I would like to report about BUG that still exist in Plesk CP version 7.5.6 for windows.

The Bug is connected to DNS Template.

after editing the DNS template and change the PTR record to another IP. (because I behind a NAT , I have to use my external IP and not the Internal IP)


so when a client create a new domain account then Plesk CP doesn't use the PTR record from the DNS template.

and every time there is need to go into the DNS of the domain account and click on default button .

so , I can say trully that the DNS template doesn't work properly 100%
