Plesk Default page instead of my website

Hello,

I have configured a website in plesk then I have configured dns in my registrar but I am encountring a strange problem :
sometimes when I type my website address I reach the Default Plesk Page, sometimes I reach my website.
I have restarted apache and Bind services but no way to fix the problem.

Can someone help me. Thanks
