Issue Website Intermittently Showing "Runtime Error" and "Site Can't Be Reached"

I am experiencing issues with my website https://veri-solutions.com, which is hosted on a Plesk server. The problem is inconsistent:

  • Sometimes, the website loads fine.
  • Other times, it shows a "Runtime Error in '/' Application."
  • On different devices or in a guest browser session, it sometimes says "This site can’t be reached. The website took too long to respond."


 
Please review the logs to get more details, a generic error alone is never enough to give proper troubleshooting.
