Plesk disabled by a virus

hello,

after a virus scanning plesk monitor shows plesk as disabled.

if we try to start it, nothing happens.

if we tray to run the installer again, we get a pippe code 2 error.

any help in fix this issue?

hello,

we run clamwin and get this result:

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Install\090420.16\SiteBuilder4.msi: VBS.Psyme-23 FOUND

C:\WINDOWS\Installer\238bc0b.msi: VBS.Psyme-23 FOUND

then we run avast server edition, and plesk stops to works

Please, check if the version of antivirus you use is at the list of Supported third-party components. This list can be found at the Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) Release notes at the following link:
