plesk doesnt work after upgrade from the latest 11.x to 12.0.18

OS: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

after the upgrade from the latest 11.x to 12.0.18 (i had upgraded successfully to the latest 11.x before upgrading to 12.x)
the plesk planel doesnt work anymore.

Nginx 502 Bad Gateway

the vhostes are still working so its a plesk problem

/etc/init.d/sw-engine restart
* Restarting Plesk engine pool manager sw-engine-fpm [fail]

the plek panel cant be reached. everytime plesk ist called the following error occurs:

/usr/include# plesk conf php.ini
