Plesk Down

I am running a plesk 7.6 for windows.

I have a problem for 2 days.

Plesk doesnt want to run....
all others services are ok , sites are up..etc but not plesk...(admin and clients)

in event viewer I Can see these errors....

I have edited httpd.conf...but no effect....

how to disable php and apache?

I want to run on port 8443

Your link has a port 8843 not 8443

I had the same thing happen to me with just one windows server out of five 7.6.1's running plesk. I edited the Windows firewall "exceptions" manually and re-created the plesk cp rule TCP 8443. And so far so good, the only other time plesk drops for a few minutes is around 3am when stats & backups run.
