• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Plesk Email Security - config check issues

t.van.der.plas

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
Almalinux 8.10
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.65 #2
after upgrading plesk email security to the paid version, config check is no longer working - logfiles show entries similar to:

Call to a member function getModuleName() on null
[31-Dec-2024 09:29:28 Europe/Berlin] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1073741832 bytes) in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/email-security/vendor/pear/net_dns2/Net/DNS2/RR/TXT.php on line 84

increasing the memory limit for plesk via /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini is not helping (already increased from 256M to 1024M)
completely uninstalled and reinstalled email security already, without any change
