Issue Plesk Email Security config check unable to read domain configuration

Hi,

I installed the Plesk Email Security extension on a new server. For some reason, it's unable to read the properties (SPF, DKIM, etc) of the domains. Updating the status gives a spinner a few minutes and doesn't change the status. Is this only available in the paid version of this extension?
Enabling Plesk debug reveals nothing. Also no errors in the browser console log or plesk panel.log.
