other system logs?

Ok, I uninstall and re-install again to check /var/log/messages:
The result is hundred of lines with PERL module error. This is a fresh Plesk install totally empty only with this module on Centos 7:
Maybe some module missing?

How or where?
Hmm... You are so long on this forum...

Hmm... You are so long on this forum...

It's 5am here , I'll do it.

Hmm... You are so long on this forum...

No luck today...

I have the exact same problem, it is just happening to me today when I install clamAV; but I have 32 GB of ram on the server.
Who can help me please?

The product really is very bad. It does not show logs, it consumes a lot of RAM and CPU, no debugging in panel GUI, mark outgoing mails as spam in subject !?!?!, too expensive as add-on... It looks like a product in ALPHA version.

Well, I really don't understand why Plesk integrates a payment solution (Plesk Email Security). I have paid this month for that solution and I am often disappointed. Let's see what plesk support tells me, the truth is that they are attending me very well. Let's see if I can install it and I already evaluate its performance.
Thanks for your comment

View attachment 16487I have solved the problem, very good support. Thank you

Great, happy it works now!

I'm one of the developers of this product, and I can assure you that we tested it thoroughly and put a lot of effort into this product. We've worked over six months on this product in full time and made an uncountable amount of tests.

You must understand that the complexity with all associated components and Linux distributions is enormously high and we cannot cover all possible edge cases. That's why we continue to work hard to make the product even better than it is already!

Feel free to use the free version of the extension that is planned to supersede the built-in component someday.

Cheers
Viktor

Thank you so much for your opinion.
I will already evaluate it and I cannot say that it is bad because I have no arguments for it.

So I cannot activate Clamav under this extension, is there any way to resolve it?

I have the exact same problem only different last line.
Mine says : Requires: data(clamav)
And I keep getting this mail every hour from Cron daemon: "ERROR: clam database directory (clam_dbs) not writable /var/lib/clamav

How can this be resolved?
