It is possible to set different spam threshold scores for each domain/email address or is it set for the entire server?

This relates to the Plesk Email Security extension.

You can set the scores for each individual mailbox if the setting "Apply individual settings to spam filtering" is enabled, see here:

Plesk > Tools & Settings > Spam Filter

Oops, I didn't read your post title carefully enough, sorry! So, forget what I've said, it doesn't apply to your question.
Can't help you in that case as I don't know the Plesk Email Security extension, but maybe somebody else can....?

Anybody? It would seem using Plesk Email Security, scores are either on or off for ALL domains on the server. Surely that’s not right?
