plesk error counter BW

Dear sir !

Counter BW in plesk was error because

Bw in datacenter is
--> Bytes In=422,093,603,453 Bytes Out=75,021,509,639

But BW in my server total only 279,85 Gb . It was error 2 day ago .

I can't fix it .I can't change free with my client .

Can You help me to fix it ?

It may not have been anything that Plesk monitors - plesk only monitors http, ftp, smtp and pop3/imap - anything else won't be monitored. Check for any rogue processes on the server wasting your resources - a spammer perhaps, or an IRC bot.
