• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Question Plesk error quick help!!

webdesign_strecker

New Pleskian
I have the following problem with my plesk server over Linux. Today I have my remaining domains from my old server providers to my new servers via Plesk Migrator. Since then 2 domains do not work. (www.betty-bbq.de / www.betty-bbq.com) The Wordpress files are in the httpsdocs folder, but the Plesk default page is still displayed.

I am absolutely at a loss, so I have not had anything yet.

I ask for urgent help

Warm greetings from Germany

Try to fix it with

# plesk repair fs
# plesk repair web

Please write in English, as this is an english-speaking forum and you'll increase your chances to receive a response that way. Oh, and you may want to redact your mail addresses, at least the user part for privacy reasons.

Please check your mail log files (/var/log/mail.log on your Ubuntu system), there you will see if and why an incoming or outgoing mail was deferred. I don't see any issues with the mail headers that you posted, so you should probably look in your mail logs.

Maybe you'll have to explain a bit more what exactly the problem is. Do you have incoming mails that are delayed/reject? Or outgoing?
