  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

I update my pesk 8.6 to 10.0, all work okay, but SMB was installed and from there Plesk stopped working, my clients are without a switch and I am desperate because I can not reinstall the server and PLESK panel does not give me support because those who bought the license was not my datacenter and I, as I do to reinstall plesk on my server?
