Resolved Plesk Firewall and Samba

After a small private chat, we found IPv6 Neighbor Discovery firewall rule was set to block. This rule will prevent the server from finding routers to reach the internet.

Once we changed it to allow, the SMB server was reachable via IPv6.

Out of curiosity, was the Neighbor Discovery rule as custom added rule added the Plesk firewall?

Hi Kaspar,

The rule is part of the normal Plesk Firewall rules. It's defaulted to allow but it was changed to block in this case.
