Is plesk firewall(which is accessible through the control panel) dependent on RRAS(Routing and Remote Access Service). While we were working in plesk, the remote access(terminal services) was lost and then we had to login through console.
When the RRAS was checked, it was turned on and when we switched it off, plesk started working. I see that RRAS was dependent of plesk firewall on plesk 7 and it automatically starts RRAS.
