Plesk is freezes server when trying to access

Hello, i just installed Plesk 7.6 on a clean server, when i'm trying to logon to this address:
https://localhost:8443

from the server plesk is installed on then there is no problem, but when i try to log on from a remote pc using https://SERVER'S-IP-ADDRESS:8443

The server just freeze and get stuck and i must use the reset button in order to restart it.

Any suggestions?

What is your configuration?
IIS+Jet? or not?

I haven't installed jet manualy, so unless it come as default with IIS 6 when i install Win 2003 Server(standard), then i guess it's not installed, should i install it?
