Plesk is very slow

Hello

just installed Plesk 8.1.1 on a Debian Sarge within a VPS. If I try to access Plesk via Browser everything is very slow. About five minutes until the login screens apears. The server's top shows nothing special. load average is 0.09. Services like scp or ssh work without delay. Thanx for your help.

EDIT: After changing the standard password, took me 30 minutes, the sites are loading faster. But I cannot access them faster, because the window is light grey and there is that box saying "Pleas wait. Loading..".
