Plesk login page blank

For some reason my login page is blank.

I have not performed any Plesk upgrades and I was in it on Sunday with no problems.

Yesterday I tried to log in and the certificate pops up but then just a blank page.

I have cleared cookies and cache.

I'm having exactly the same issue after trying to re-install a certificate!

Is there any way to reset all certificate information of plesk, so that one can at least use the control panel? (I would even be very happy if I could just acces the control panel WITHOUT a certificate)

you can try to clear if there is a certificate information in your browser ( if you think it is a matter of certificate s - also you can try with different broser) otherwise you may try to fix the plesk permissions whit this command from the shell:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng -av

*note: the location of this tool could variate according to your Plesk/OS set.
