Plesk login page https://server:8443 is empty

Please help me :(

After installing Plesk panel the login page https://server:8443 doesn't open.
Brouser shows "Firefox coudn't connect to server server:8443"

OS is FedoraCore 6
I don't have any local firewalls...

help please :(
