Plesk Login Variables

Hello,

I'd like to add a link to the auto-emails that are sent with regards to the Help Desk that will automatically take the user to the Help Desk.

Clearly they would still have to log in, so is there a php variable that I can put in to the link that will direct the user to the Help Desk page (rather than their Client page) following login? Possibly another way of doing this?
